Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of your sessions. Your conversations with the therapist will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared without your informed consent, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Advance Payment: To secure your appointment, an online payment is required in advance before the consultation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, and you will receive a full refund.
- 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 12 hours prior to the appointment can be rescheduled for a different time. No cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted within 12 hours of the appointment.

Rescheduling Policies: If an appointment is rescheduled, the same appointment policy will apply to the new session slot.

Missed Appointments: We do not offer refunds for missed appointments. Please be punctual, as therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, and late arrivals will not extend the session.

Policy Violation: In the event of a policy violation by the client, Water Psychology Studio cannot be held responsible for any consequences.

Emergency Rescheduling: The therapist may request to reschedule an appointment in case of an emergency. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Last-Minute Cancellations: We kindly request that you refrain from arguing regarding last-minute cancellations for any reason. Our appointment policy will be strictly followed regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable and private environment for their therapy sessions. Technical issues or interruptions during online sessions, such as poor internet connectivity, are the client's responsibility, and refunds will not be provided for these reasons.
- Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the client, Water Psychology Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate further services until the dispute is resolved. Any fees associated with such disputes will be the client's responsibility.

Changes to Policy: Water Psychology Studio reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

Termination of Services: In rare cases, if a client's behaviour or actions pose a threat to the therapist's safety or well-being, or if there is a breach of ethical conduct, Water Psychology Studio may terminate services with appropriate notice.
- Legal Jurisdiction: This policy is subject to the laws and regulations of the Pune (INDIA) jurisdiction in which Water Psychology Studio operates.
